Masterpieces of Fun Art review and Giveaway

I love, love, love the items in Masterpieces of Fun Art's shop! I was thrilled to be able to do a review and giveaway of Simone's awesome products! She sent me these 4 super cute hair clips to try out.

My girls went nuts for them! They immediately went in their hair.

Unfortunately, I have a very active toddler who won't stay still for pictures. This was the best shot I could get of her. Though, I was not allowed to take her "pretty" out. She loved them!

They all included a non-slip grip. Worked perfect in both girls hair. I have a hard time finding clips that will stay in my little one's hair. It's just starting to really come in now. I had no problem with the clip falling out of her hair. Well until she yanked it out that is ;)

Simone has so many unbelievably cute items in her shop. Believe me when I say that it was very hard to pick just a few to post on here. Here are a few of my favorites.

how cute are these for Easter??

Love these carnation clips!

She makes stylish chunky necklaces now too!

Aren't those the cutest???

Simone is also so gracious to offer up another set of hair clips to one of my readers! One lucky reader will win this Owl, Cupcake, Bird Hair Clip Sampler!

But that's not all! She is also offering my readers a coupon code  to get free shipping on any order of $10 or more! please enter CRAFTYMOM10 at checkout.

Amalie's Creative Closet Review and Giveaway

I was lucky enough to be able to try out some lovely mama Cloth from Amalie's Creative Closet

She sent me this lovely 3 pack of pads.

This is her tester set which includes a liner, regular and heavy pad.

This is her description directly from her facebook page:
Outer layers are a beautiful cotton print
3 inner layers of very thirsty cotton flannel
1 layer of waterproof PUL hidden inside

I really liked these pads. I experience no leaks (big plus!) The colors were gorgeous. After washing, there was no staining. (another big plus!)

They were also very thin. I really don't like those big bulky pads that make you feel like you were wearing a disposable diaper. Not these! Look how thin they are compared to a pen!

She also makes them now in cotton velour topped  which just adds to how awesome these pads are. :) Velour is so luxuriously soft.

Here is a sampling of the items from her Facebook page:

Amalie's Creative Closet is so generous to offer up another tester set for one of my readers! You can win this gorgeous set.

Muller Yogurt Review and Giveaway

We go through a lot of yogurt in this house...a lot! I was offered a chance to review a new yogurt on the market...Muller Yogurt!

Muller is new to the market and is a product of the Quaker company.

They have 3 kinds of yogurt...

The Muller Corner- which is yogurt that also has an adjoining container filled with an add in filling that you can tip into the yogurt.
Comes in lots of fun flavors: Strawberry, Blueberry, Choco Balls (Chocolate-covered balls of crispy rice cereal), Crunchy Granola, Crispy Crunch (vanilla yogurt with sweet, crunchy chocolate and almond cereal clusters) and Choco Flakes (vanilla yogurt with sweet, crunchy chocolate and almond cereal clusters).

These are made with 2 percent Grade A milk and no preservatives, artificial sweeteners, or high fructose corn syrups.

My absolute favorite was the Choco Balls..I mean who can go wrong with chocolate??

The Muller Greek Corner- low fat, Greek-style yogurt paired with a side of delectable fruit or nut toppings.
Comes in even more great flavors: Caramelized Almonds, Strawberry, Blackberry & Raspberry and Honeyed Apricots.

The Caramelized Almonds Yogurt was so good!! I'm not even a big almond fan but this was good! Highly recommend it!

Finally they have the Muller FrutUp. I love, love, loved these!! They are a combination of fruit mousse and low fat yogurt.
These come in these flavors: Peach Passion Fruit, Splendid Strawberry, Radiant Raspberry, Blueberry Bliss, Luscious Lemon and Very Cherry.

My kids loved these the most. We liked to mix them up. I'm a big fan of lemon flavored food and I have never seen lemon flavored yogurt. It was AMAZING! Even my 18 month old couldn't get enough of the Luscious Lemon FrutUp!

Muller Yogurt currently available in stores throughout the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic and Great Lakes.

Giveaway Time!!

Muller has also sent me 30..yes 30!!...coupons for free Muller products to giveaway to my readers! How generous is that??

So, that means I will pick 3(!!!) winners this giveaway. Each winner will receive 10 free product coupons!

Rebecca's Reusables Review and Giveaway

I was very excited to receive my package from Rebecca's Reusables!

She sent a regular pad and a panty liner to try out...look how gorgeous these are!!!

These are by far my favorite pads. They are so unbelievably soft...doesn't even feel like I was wearing  anything other than underwear.

Rebecca's Reusables regular pad is backed in anti pill fleece which is a moisture barrier meaning it doesn't let moisture through but still allows your body to breathe. The core is flannel and Zorb. Zorb is an amazing material that absorbs 10 times it's weight in liquid. They are topped in suede cloth which pulls the moisture in and away from you leaving you feeling nice and dry.

The liner is constructed pretty much the same as the pad. The only difference is the liner does not contain Zorb. Which was nice because it made it much thinner for those light days.

I did not experience any leaks while wearing these pads and after washing there was no staining. (Always a plus!)

She makes amazing custom pads. Look at what she has created so far:

I adore her color choices!

She also makes custom snack bags and sandwich bags:

The Creative Capsule's Review and Giveaway

My daughter was thrilled to get this little box in from The Creative Capsule!

Inside was all the supplies needed to make one of their cool new "Pocket on a String".

Look how excited she is.

She really enjoyed herself. She concentrated really hard while working on it... As you can see from the picture, it's a really great fine motor activity.

We incorporated some math into this activity. We made patterns with the enclosed colored pasta. There was more than enough pasta to string on to it...don't worry about running out. We had enough to do another craft project with the excess.

The fun thing about this kit is that is has a little "pocket"that you attach on the end.

Pop the cap on & you have a nifty little place to hold your treasures. :)

So much fun! Look how happy she is! :)

She uses this every day! She likes to pretend that it's a pirate treasure and hides it in the house.

This was SO much fun to do together & very easy for children to do themselves. (Always a plus!)

It comes prepackaged in the adorable box in the first picture so it is ready to give as a gift.

The "Pocket On A String" isn't the only kit they have available. They have this cute "Monster Mate" kit. Paint & glue things on the body to create a one of a kind monster!

How cute is this "Loggerheads" Family? It's another one of the DIY kits that are available.

They also have Party Packs! No more wondering what kind of activities to do at a birthday party. The Creative Capsule includes everything you need for a fun birthday party activity.

For those of you located in the Salt lake area...The Creative Capsule is local! The offer birthday parties and more from a wide variety of themes!

The Creative Capsule is so generous to give away another "Pocket On A Stick" kit to one lucky reader!

Sfeltaccessories Review & Giveaway

I am so very excited to be able to review my first item- A felt bead kit from Sfeltaccessories. Plus, Ann, the owner of Sfeltaccessories has agreed to let me giveaway a kit as well, so you can have fun making this at home.

This is off of Ann's Etsy's profile page:
"I am a designer, a knitter and felter and I hope my unique, original designs bring a modern edge to knitting and felting.
Having studied at Cardiff University I worked as a Textile teacher.
I design and make quality items using wool and felt including unique neckwarmers, collars, necklaces, handbags and handmade felted soaps. I also produce a number of kits to enable people to produce felt items themselves."

I was thrilled to receive my package in the mail from Sfeltaccessories! She package it beautifully and made sure that my item made it unharmed. After opening the box, I found this:

Inside, was EVERYTHING I needed to make the beads. It was all beautifully wrapped.

The felt she included was gorgeous! The pictures do not do them justice. The colors were so vibrant. I almost didn't want to touch them. (Notice the word almost!)

S was just as excited as I was to make these. She wanted the beads for her ever expanding dress-up bin.

Because S, is still younger and has, well, not much of an attention span yet, I started a few of the beads before she woke up:

S, Loved playing with the felt. She loved how soft it was!

We had a blast making these beads. It was also a great learning experience. I think to say that we are beginner felters that we did pretty good:

We currently do not have them stringed...S decided that she was having a lot of fun juggling with them, so when she tires of that then we'll turn it into a necklace. :)

So who wants to win one of these kits???

(not yelling just super excited!)
